How to Play MiniPoly
🎯 Goal
MiniPoly is a micro-sized property-trading board game. Buy up spaces, build houses and hotels, and bankrupt your opponents. The last player left standing — with the most money and property — wins.
🎮 Choose Your Mode
- 🤖 Play vs Computer: Take on the AI solo.
- 👥 Pass & Play: Play against another person on the same device — just pass it over when it's their turn.
🕹️ How a Turn Works
- Tap Roll to roll the dice and move your token around the board that many spaces.
- Land on an unowned property? Tap Buy to purchase it, or pass and leave it open for the next player who lands there.
- Land on a property someone else owns? You automatically pay them rent.
- Land on Chance or Community Chest and draw a card — these can pay you, cost you, or move you elsewhere on the board.
- Tap End Turn to pass play to the next player.
🏠 Building Up
Once you own every property of a color group, you can build houses and eventually a hotel on them, which raises the rent anyone else pays when they land there.

Keep collecting rent, buying property, and growing your empire while forcing opponents to pay up. If a player runs out of money and can't pay a debt, they're out. The player with the most properties and money left at the end wins.
